I like Kluckin Chicken and I go there ALL the time but one thing that’s always bothered me is how STINGY they are with the fries. It was okayyy when they were waffle fries, I still didn’t like how little of fries there were but now they’re straight fries??? I literally got 5 fries in my order I’m so mad. Literally potatoes are like $2 for 10lbs it’s not gonna run you out of business to give orders more fries. In fact if you’re stingy with your fries people won’t wanna go.

While the chicken is freshly battered and made to order, it is very stringy and hard to chew. The fries are string fries not waffle and they are incredibly salty. I ordered gravy as a dipping sauce and it was covered in a hard crust and pretty gross. Don't recommend stopping in here

Just as good as the first time I had it. The only thing the waffle fries were a little salty but that happens. Friendly service. Fresh cooked food. Best chicken tenders I've had in a long time. Support a local company, not a franchise and have good food.

The decoration inside was amazing and got me excited only to find that they don't sell donuts anymore and the candy jars on the wall were all empty, disappointing.

The chicken was cooked perfectly but could use more seasoning, fries were a little soft but pretty much ok.

Chicken strips and fries were ok. Under-seasoned. Basically smothering them in fry sauce. Go to Popeyes instead. I actually came in for their donuts, which they haven’t carried for over a year I was told. I guess they are too lazy to remove the photos from Google.

Excellent chicken strips. The waffle fries were not as hard as a brick like most places. Service was fantastic. I am a long haul truck driver. I eat chicken strips all over these by far are the best.

Great chicken strips!! Real chicken breasts that they hand batter and cook as you order them. Biscuits are also amazing! Highly recommend!!!
The atmosphere was very clean but a little too pink and candy store/ ice cream like. We almost left when we walked in because the atmosphere didn't say "good chicken"...... it seemed more about the candy & ice cream. So we figured the chicken would be an afterthought - just boring typical chicken strips but we were wrong!!!! Glad we stayed and gave it a chance ?.

WILDLY overpriced for some very average at best chicken and sauce. Laughable. The people working were very kind and courteous. Place looks nice on the inside. Only complaint was the outrageous pricing and meh food.

Stepping into Kluckin' Chicken is like coming home to Georgia for this southern girl. Absolutely delicious chicken, perfect southern biscuits, crisp and yummy waffle fries, and fantastic customizable rolled ice cream. Everything is made fresh and is perfectly served. Great service and great conversation make the experience even better.

The chicken strips are absolutely delicious with the gravy

Parking: It's a small parking lot but it's worth it, and no you don't have to pay to park your vehicle and it has a handicap parking as well

There’s a reason this place is going out of business. The ice cream tables are kept at -18 when rolled ice cream is supposed to frozen to -25 because it won’t freeze right and it’s soup before you have a chance to finish it. I’ve had rolled ice cream in Salina before and it was cold enough that it was still pretty frozen by the time I was done with it even though I’m a slow eater. As for the chicken, it’s always way overcooked because there’s no consistency to the size. The strips are between 1-3 oz and every piece is cooked long enough to fully cook the biggest strip. All of the smaller ones are really dry. And they only use 1 oz of salt for 10 lbs of chicken. That’s the only seasoning. Also, most card tips get kept by the owner. He can legally take them for any reason so if anything isn’t up to their standards, they steal tips from the employees. The employees are all really nice except the manager, Dee. I saw her being rude to a customer one time for absolutely no reason. He asked why you have to pay separately for sauces if you order a la carte chicken and she told him he needed to take that up with the owner because she’s not the one who made that rule. She said it with a lot of attitude. She also told me when someone from DSNWK applied that she wouldn’t get hired specifically because she’s from DSNWK and apparently she tried to hire one of “those people” before and it didn’t go well. So clearly all severely disabled people are the same.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly because the food is gross and the manager is mean
