Atmosphere, staff, food quality, portion, all five stars. This is one of my favorite places to eat in the country. It embraces what makes America great. I enjoyed four samples of the beers all were delicious. For dinner I chose the pork chop with the carrots and green beans. The pork chop was tender and perfectly prepared. All absolutely delicious and top quality. The cinnamon apples on top of the pork chop where a treat!

Grilled cheese and truffle ravioli with tomato basil sauce and dlside if dill pickle soup has become one if the best lunches I've had anywhere!

We called in advance and asked if well behaved dogs were welcome and were told by a very friendly man that, yes there were two well behaved dogs there right then. When we arrived, we were told by a very rude young man with an attitude that only service dogs were allowed in!!!!!! Why would you allow someone to answer your phone if they don’t know your rules

Just stopped by on travel and was amazed how good everything was at this place. The service was friendly and fast. The oat stout paired perfectly with the best pork chop I've had in years. They could also charge more if they wanted to. Best place I've been to in a while. Well done! ?

The Sunday buffet was much better this time than a few months ago. Cordon Bleu was wonderful!

A quick Google Map search for a restaurant open at 8pm on a Sunday evening while traveling through Kansas on I70 brought us here. Microsoft brewery with lots of awards hanging throughout the restaurant.
Lemon ale was wonderful and refreshing!

So glad we came here after a long day on I70. A few minutes from the hotels at the interstate, but well worth the drive into Hays and the brick street area. Clean, well appointed space; food delicious and portion size more than adequate. Light supper of salad and a treat of the pretzels and dipping sauce. Excellent attentive staff all around and waiter Cyrus was awesome. Highly recommend.

Malachi was INCREDIBLE! We were driving from Tennessee to Colorado on the way home from a wedding... straight through (17 HOURS) without stopping to rest. It was 8:00pm (1 hour before closing) and we were trying to order our meal from the road so we could just grab it and go. We have a strict gluten-free diet, and as you know, it's often hard to modify normal items on their menu to cater to that need. So, I called the restaurant to start the long process of ordering very detailed meals. Malachi picked up and was incredibly friendly. He said that they have a Gluten-Free Menu now that they just got in and he would be happy to text me a picture of it so I could place our order. He then said I could just text him our order personally and he would be sure to have it all ready and waiting when we arrived. It was... and it was DELICIOUS!!! TOP-NOTCH SERVICE AND FOOD! A+

Paid extra for sweet potato fries, they were cold & the sandwich bread was soggy.

I can't wait to go back. Too many choices for 1 trip. Beer and food was on point.
