This was a great find for us cross-country travelers! We each had the Fajita Fuente. We were able to modify our orders with regular cheese (rather than low fat), and I had refried beans rather than black beans. It was *utterly delicious*! The waitress was very considerate in ensuring that my meal was gluten free. And the made-from-scratch margarita was exactly what I needed after a day of driving. Highly recommended.

Parking: The parking spots are snug. Come early or park at the edge of the lot of you have a large vehicle.

I've been coming here since the late 1990s, and it's still the same great food it's always been. The service is always professional, prompt, and friendly. Their prices are in line with all other restaurants in town, and the food quality is above average. I look forward to my trips to western Kansas so I can stop for a great meal.

Atmosphere is super fun and the staff are always very friendly. The food is fine, I think there are other Mexican places in Hays that you can get just as good of Mexican food at a little better price, but again you are paying for an atmosphere that is slightly more upscale which is nice.

The food is decent and I've enjoyed all the times I ate there but I think it's rude they won't train anyone who hasn't been a server before how to be one and only want people who have been servers before. The management must be lazy and incompetent if they don't even know how to train people in new positions that only take a day or two to learn.

The outdoor, dog friendly patio made for a perfect stop on our road trip. The food was good. The fajitas were large and perfect to split. The chips came with two types of salsa which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend. All the staff was super kind and helpful. They even brought a water bowl for our pups

The choices were not good. They didn’t have what I wanted and the prices for what you get were NOT worth it. I would never ever come back. I hated the place so bad, I wanted to cry. The waitress didn’t care. Just a horrible experience. I wish I had words to say how angry, sad and disappointed I was.
