I stood there at the counter waiting for help, while I was there to order food to go, for almost 15 min. There weren't that many people there eating. Then, the lady that finally came, wasn't friendly, and looked overworked. My Togo order took about 10 min, which wasn't bad.

We got snowed in last night by a blizzard and this IHop was the only business that decided to stay open. They fed all of the guests at the hotels surrounding and never complained. Compliments to management, the cooks, and the servers for servicing the area. Without them the whole block of travelers would have been left without food for the whole day. Not only that but they plowed their parking lot (no other buisness including hotels seemed to do this in the area) and I watched the managers continually shovel and snow blow the side walks. That is great management.
