This place was delicious! Food was hot and tasted amazing! I got a salad and 2 pancakes! And hot coffee! The waitress, I’m sorry, I don’t remember her name, but she had black hair and had a pony tail. I know that does not narrow it down, probably! But she was very kind !

After our poached eggs debacle on Thursday and the phone call from Adam on Friday, we decided to revisit the establishment and give them a second chance. My fiance decided to forego the poached eggs this time due to a lack of confidence and got the steak tips while I got the French toast combo again and the kids repeated their kids meals. I ordered my eggs over easy. They came out and the bottom of the eggs were so raw they were literally still clear. So we had to send my eggs back again. The remaining quality was still decent. Its still disappointed to have another egg mistake in another visit. I used to visit this establishment every Sunday right around 10am with my boys from 2022 to 2023 and we never once had an issue. Im not sure whats changed.

We stopped at the Hays IHOP last Sunday because it had been a very long time since we ate at one. The food and service were exemplary. The poblano omelet was fabulous. My wife loved the pancakes. Last night, passing back through, we stopped again. Cassie was awesome and the food was a well. Fabulous service, great food, and a very clean restaurant.

I love going to IHOP in Hays, Kansas. In fact, I make sure to go at least once a week. It has now become my favorite IHOP restaurant because of Daniel. He always greets me and all the guests with great hospitality, respect and he is very attentive to details. He is very service-oriented and knowledgeable about the food they serve at this location even though he is a brand new server. More so, I’ve seen him serve in these capacity consistently among al his customers. Daniel rocks! IHOP should be grateful to have him around, and they better keep him. He works very hard and pay attention to each customer’s needs and orders. I’ve witnessed these whether the restaurant is full or not, and he remains consistent. He always gives a smile to the people he serves even though some of customers treat him poorly, taken advantaged of and feel entitled to do whatever they want in the restaurant. Thank you Daniel for your great service and for treating your customers with utmost respect, hospitality and charm!!!

Food was out within 5 minutes, the place is clean and I can tell the company is keeping up with maintenance. My server was a younger kid he was very respectful and polite! Thats hard to find these days.
You will feel like you are breakfast at 3pm on a Sunday. Which is good.
