Took my daughter for brunch on a Sunday. It was packed in the restaurant. The food was okay, but the service was below average. There needed to be more waitstaff.
Kid-friendliness: Very much a kid friendly restaurant. Ample highchairs are available and a nice kid menu.

Seated right away on Monday, mid morning. It's always so cold in there so bring a jacket. Our server was prompt and friendly. This strawberries and cream biscuit is delicious. My goodness! And very affordable. Bathroom is clean.

Compliments to management, the cooks, and the servers for servicing the area. Without them the whole block of travelers would have been left without food for the whole day.
Not only that but they plowed their parking lot (no other buisness including hotels seemed to do this in the area)...
