All I can say is wow! Pulling up to the Italian Cafe you may have second thoughts but you have to eat here!!! It's so cute inside and the food is phenomenal! The staff was so nice and welcoming, it's like having dinner with your long lost Italian cousins. We're definitely coming back next time we're in Hays.

Business looks run down but don't let this fool you. Got lasagna to go and it was good. Had enough for 2 meals so generous portions were a bonus for 16 bucks. If I get to Hays again, I'd eat here. Good service too!

What a little gem here in Hays’s Kansas. The service is phenomenal. The food….yes, yes, yes! Delicious! I tried the cheese ravioli with white truffle sauce. So yummy! I’ll be making my way back to try the tour of Italy 🇮🇹 or the Lobster & Shrimp ravioli.

Big meh. The lasagna was reminiscent of soup and the chicky parm was a frozen pre-breaded chicken patty. Best part of the meal was the bottle of Josh Cabernet and the large table sitting next to us talking about table dancing and vomiting from over consumption. Good times in Hays! 😂
