Wish I could place a no star review. Placed order via mobile in drive through, slow slow moving, they were busy so I get that. Finally get to the end, guy shows up and says “ya we don't have your order” you need to pull around and we will remake your order. Told him that we’ve been waiting just like everyone else, said “I need to keep the line moving you need to move around” this was a manger btw, we pulled around, came out, wrote order, 15-20 minutes later food comes out.

Im a very patient person, and having worked in the food industry I understand how rushes can get. Training and organization needs to take place here along with possibly shutting down the 2nd row when it gets slammed.

Total wait time 45 minutes to receive food. My fault? Ya I should had just left.

This place deserves a -10. Was in drive thru over 20 minutes. 3 cars were ahead of me and the wait really didnt bother me. I ordered 3 cheese burgers and a large fry. Got my order and checked it before i left because 9 times out of 10 orders are wrong at most mcdonalds. The large fry was 1/4 full of fries. I knocked on the window and they just looked at me. They finally came and opened the window after a couple of minutes. I showed them the fry and she said she would get me more fries. 30 seconds later a different girl opened the window and shoved a small fry at my face then shut the window. She was holding the fries from the top with her hand in a fist position. The fries were smooshed against the palm of her hand and her finger and long nail was in the bag of fries. I get out of drive thru and called the manager and told her i wanted a refund on all the food. I go in and they only want to give me a refund on the fries. I told them no one is going to eat anything i had just purchased because if they are willing to do that in front of customers theres no telling what they do when no one is looking. They wanted all the food back so i gave it all to them. No apology or anything. They were telling me not to be so loud, i am completely deaf in one ear and half deaf in the other so my voice is naturally loud. But i did make sure i got louder after the request. I dont eat mcdonalds. The food was not for me so i could care less if they banned me from the place. But they didnt. I would not recommend anyone go there.

Ordered almost 60$ worth of food on door dash and it’s all awful. No straws. Forgot the child’s chocolate milk. Fries are pretty much inedible.

I placed an online order today, and I was about 10 minutes early. I understand mornings are pretty busy, but I figured 10 minutes should be plenty of time. Well, I got there, put in my spot number, and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. I had work, so I needed to get going, but I waited. As I waited, I counted four cars in the drive-through, five if you count the one leaving as I parked. Anyways, those cars got their food faster than me, which did stink, but oh well. So, the worker gets to my car; I greet her with a friendly smile and a "Good morning, how are you?" She hands me my food; I set it down, and when I turn back to say thank you, she turned and walked off. She didn't even say "You're welcome"—not a single acknowledgment. It felt like a slap in the face. That was just the first part. When I got my food, the hash brown was mildly cold, and my steak, egg, and cheese tasted old and was stringy. Now, I've ordered this combo before, and it's never been like this. The only item I got that was hot was the coffee. So, overall, the experience was horrible. Normally, I would have gone back for my money or different food, but I was in a rush. McDonald's, please do better. You guys weren't that busy this morning, and your employees need more spirit.

The employee at the front didn't say hi, ask what I want, even smile. Just a deadpan stare at me, it was very confusing. Good food though.

Food wasn’t fresh at all. The cookie tote had hard cookies, nuggets were super hard and the fries. I’m not happy with this. I will add I ordered it as soon as it hit lunch so everything should have been fresh

I got my order fast and the place is very cozy and bathroom and tables sparkling clean on a busy morning. Your staffs are doing an excellent job, I highly recommend this location

Dragon Mama 83 & 88

Since they added those stupid ordering kiosks, it has all the charm of a laundromat. Would rate the service higher if I had actually been able to converse with the counter person. Mc griddles are my favorite, and I was lucky enough to get some that were freshly made, so that was a plus. Ray Kroc, Richard and Morris McDonald must be absolutely spinning in their respective grave to see what their restaurants have become.
