I really like McDonald's but right now I'm not very happy with them because they didn't have the Grinch meals when we tried several days in a row. We plan on trying again this weekend. McDonald's always has consistent Michelin star rated food. No matter where you're at in the country you will always get the same food, the service is dependent on the franchise owner and their current roster of staff.

Simple order of just getting a big mac without pickles, and the receipt said that and then I bite into it.And not only is there pickles, it's not even hot. Then, I reach into the bag to wipe my hands after eating this horrible purchase of a lukewarm burger with pickles that were on it that I did not order.And they didn't even have napkins. I hate to say it, but we really need automated systems.Because we can't depend on these young kids to get things done.And then we end up wasting our money.That place is like mcdonald's because they can't even get simple things right?Unfortunately.

this store has gotten terrible. They hardly ever the order right, let alone put out decent food. Delivery was fine if McDonald’s would’ve actually done their job and made the order like I order it. Order a 2 cheeseburger combo, theyll put in 2 hamburgers, no fry or drink. It’s happening more and more often.

Every time I go there with an online order they can never find my order for 10 minutes, so I’m sitting around waiting. I’ve had thousands of points stolen from me because of the app which they would not rectify. And tonight I ordered a double fish filet, this is what I got, I’m so disappointed!
If you want your order messed up any time you eat here, then this is the place to go! Not just once but twice on the same order and all they can offer is for you to go back there a third time to have it fixed again lol.

Would give zero stars If I could. Service is horrible. The fries were just thrown in the bag. The burger toppings was not on the burger. Didn't get any sauce for my nuggets. Would not go there

Wish I could place a no star review. Placed order via mobile in drive through, slow slow moving, they were busy so I get that. Finally get to the end, guy shows up and says “ya we don't have your order” you need to pull around and we will remake your order. Told him that we’ve been waiting just like everyone else, said “I need to keep the line moving you need to move around” this was a manger btw, we pulled around, came out, wrote order, 15-20 minutes later food comes out.
Im a very patient person, and having worked in the food industry I understand how rushes can get. Training and organization needs to take place here along with possibly shutting down the 2nd row when it gets slammed.
Total wait time 45 minutes to receive food. My fault? Ya I should had just left.
