Great McDonalds. Very clean, and PlayPlace area is 5 stars for kids and adults hanging out. Peaceful. My 5-year-old likes to order his own meal and staff are always so patient and kind.

The worst McDonalds ever! Ordered on the app (breakfast) while arriving and ended up having to sit in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and when we got to the speaker we gave them the code but their “system was having issues” and was told to pull forward (10:28). When we arrived at the window (10:32) the lady informed us that breakfast had passed and they would not be able to serve us what we ordered that the manager had told her to stop taking orders. She was nice enough but this is not the way your run a business. We were passing though on a travel day and this took almost 30 minutes on a very long travel day. Don’t stop here, go to the next exit as the staff here seems woefully incompetent it’s not fast food and no food.

I placed an order online using the McDonald’s mobile app, and like technology sometimes does, something went wrong with my order. Fortunately, Manager Aiden was there to save the day! He was incredibly fast, professional, and friendly while resolving the issue. You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. In a world where good service can be rare, Aiden really stands out — this location is lucky to have him! Huge thanks to Aiden and the team — I’ll definitely be coming back. - TH

McDonalds is fine — but this is the WORST TRAVEL STOP ever though! Whoever designed this town and exit needs to be dragged out into the street and…. hmmmph! I will remember this exit and never come here again. All the roundabouts and the traffic is just silly stupid ridiculous.

Went inside to place a to go order using the self service menu board. It worked fine, but then had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. It wasn't because they cooked it fresh, because my hamburger and fries were cold when I got to my car. Threw the meal in the trash before leaving. Dr Pepper was the only good part of my meal. Bathroom was clean so that was good at least.
