My coffee was barely warm and it was the same thing I always ordered large with 2 cream and 6 sugar and when I got it I didn't taste any sugar and it looked like mostly cream and so I asked to get a new cup of coffee and then it tastes like it was watered down hardly any coffee flavor but at least it is hot so I will never be returning to McDonald's ever again and I will go to Starbucks for a real cup of coffee from now on

Put sugar in my coffee and I'm diabetic! Middle aged lady who worked counter in the morning was very rude, took 18 minutes to get my food and because I waiting so long I was very ready to leave once I got my food so didn't check my coffee. AND my pie was undercooked with my hashbrowns cold.

I love the manager here. She is friendly and kind. And absolutely deserves a shout out!!! Each time I go in with my dad she knows him by name and even knows his order. This is very helpful because the kyosks are very hard for him to use being old and stuff. She always rings up his food for him and makes him feel valued.
Its clear to see the happiness and joy she brings to the work environment because when she is not there its very quited lol

Drive thru was easy. The hot and spicy snack was worth it after delayed flights. How does one even review McDonald's anymore of these days I've eaten at McDonald's and airport on the road in my hometown and in many other places yet they all seem to be about the same there's nothing new there's nothing different they're the only thing different is how big the play area is and how nasty it can be, no I like McDonald's. McDonald's has a consistency that no other restaurant has due to its large stores and with large volume of sales. Among the favorite foods that McDonald's has as a Happy meal they need to have adult Happy meal with adult toys I mean for crying out loud we're getting older and we want adult toys maybe not those kinds of adult toys but grown up toys for yes stop laughing people it's not that funny. Grown up toys grown up toys in Happy meal I mean I wouldn't mind having like some Star wars stuff for like grown up things like maybe you know something cool just sometime the Happy meal toys was just really are low quality I remember back in the '80s and the '90s some of the toys were the bomb. Substantial toys were nice Christmas toys and holiday toys and movie toys oh wait toy is the movie not funny I said hahaha not not funny. How do you review McDonald's other than complaining about their Happy meal toys. I've been all over the country and I've eaten at McDonald's and I can't say that any place of any different now if I go to another country there's expected to be far better food than what the US has just look at some of the menus there when Japan and Europe and all kinds of other places far better food yet McDonald's don't shove down that fructose syrup. We all know that the soda flavors are way different than they are sold in stores which is the reason why people like McDonald's. We all know their world famous fries are because they're proven and flash cooked beforehand yet no other place ever seems to get it right McDonald's will always have among the best five except for the place that has curly fries those are really damn good I mean you can't go wrong with curly fight McDonald's get it yourself together and get some curly pipe I even would like some tater tot or whatever the other grungy type things are even McDonald's hash browns or extremely good too maybe lower calorie options like rutabaga or something up other than that sweet potato or something I don't know you come up with something McDonald's you can do it.

Ordered on the app (breakfast) while arriving and ended up having to sit in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and when we got to the speaker we gave them the code but their “system was having issues” and was told to pull forward (10:28). When we arrived at the window (10:32) the lady informed us that breakfast had passed and they would not be able to serve us what we ordered that the manager had told her to stop taking orders. She was nice enough but this is not the way your run a business. We were passing though on a travel day and this took almost 30 minutes on a very long travel day. Don’t stop here, go to the next exit as the staff here seems woefully incompetent it’s not fast food and no food.
