I placed an order online using the McDonald’s mobile app, and like technology sometimes does, something went wrong with my order. Fortunately, Manager Aiden was there to save the day! He was incredibly fast, professional, and friendly while resolving the issue. You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. Went inside to place a to go order using the self service menu board. It worked fine, but then had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. It wasn't because they cooked it fresh, because my hamburger and fries were cold when I got to my car. Threw the meal in the trash before leaving. Dr Pepper was the only good part of my meal. Bathroom was clean so that was good at least.
