Would sure be nice if they would direct those who order food at the drive up to pull forward so those who are ordering a single drink don't have to wait a half an hour for it. I was tempted to leave even after I ordered because it was taking too long and I had an appointment

Stopped for a quick lunch. Very underwhelming. Items not made to description on the menu. One worker confused, one flat out hateful, another very nice. Muffins were dried like sawdust and banana smoothie was sour (?). While we stopped through on a trip, I will not return and would not recommend to anyone.

Pass it by. I don’t know why this is a chain or franchised. It was horrible and I had high hopes because there isn’t much in Hays. Go to the local coffee shop in town. Much better service and coffee. Issue was it was Sunday and the local place is closed. I have never seen a microwave in the lobby of a restaurant. Right next to the napkins. If that doesn’t scream pre-made frozen food, I’m not sure what does. Why would you advertise that?

We went in and placed our order to go. We got our coffee right away. S few minutes later we got the latte. We waited for another twenty minutes for a smoothie and grilled cheese. We finally went up and asked for our money back. The grilled cheese was in the window just waiting to be picked up. We were in line for over ten minutes and no one even attempted to get the grilled cheeses. The poor cashier was doing her best but the girls making the drinks seemed busy talking to each other and the cook in the back was just standing around. They did give us our money back for the two items. I will never go back

We arrived 15 minutes before closing but they wouldn't take our order in the drive through. We saw the employees cleaning and laughing at us. We even called a few minutes before we arrived to make sure they were open and they told us they were.

Latte was black coffee and steamed almond milk, no espresso. Half & half brewed coffee was cold and seemingly nearly half creamer. We heard that there were some vegan food options and asked if the server would check but she didn't and just told us they had fruit. Very disappointed.

Not sure who posted the breakfast burritos were big... Not true!!! If u don't mind over paying for small burritos that were containing prefrozen ingredients get u sum but felt completely ripped off. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem while passing through. Ordered latte, smoothie and sliders - everything was delicious and made to order! Based on these items, I’m willing to bet you can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. Bonus: they have a drive thru which is a must with small kiddos. Do yourself a favor and stop!

This is a nine dollar sandwich. The other items in the order were either missing or incorrect. The staff didn’t offer to correct. Spent almost $40 for a family of three and we are still hungry.

Great spot for a morning tea or coffee break. A great selection of confectioneries and breakfast items. Although I’m a “coffee regular” guy, they do have a wide selection of tea and coffees, if that’s your taste.

I’m not one to leave horrible reviews, but this is just unacceptable and a health hazard. This apple has mold on it. It was sliced and served to me this way in a to go order. If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I called in to complain, the employee didn’t offer any type of refund, just a “sorry.” Very disappointing customer service. I will not be returning.
