I want to give Cara a shout out for just being a superb server and person. Please make sure she is recognized for being awesome. I came in today after having to have my car towed with my kiddo and she heard my story with my son in the restroom. She could have quickly left but she sprung into action and was caring and accepting. You have an awesome person working for you.
My wife and I had a 1 night layover on vacation. We went here and had a pizza and drinks, cool place great food and drinks!
We hadn't been to an Old Chicago in ages, as there are none where we live now. So when we stopped for the night in Hays and saw the restaurant across the road, we were extremely pleased. Our food was great and our service was outstanding. Phillip was our server and probably one of the best we've ever experienced. Extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Very good with our Grandkids. We will definitely be back on our next trip through!!
Wow, awesome pizza
So wonderful! Service and food were great. The beer cheese is soo good
Delicious pizza and excellent service!! Stopped here last night all the way from Virginia while on the way to Denver. It was amazing!
Came in right at the end of the night and got sat with Phil. Literally the greatest waiter this world has ever known 10 out of 10 recommend this place especially with Phil!!
The food was amazing. Service was a little on the slow side for it not being busy but the server was sweet and staff great.
Our second visit while coming through town. Food and service were good, but the restaurant had a terrible smell. Kind of ruined our appetites!

Alyssa was friendly and engaging as she greeted the intrepid party of adventuring heroes. Her eyes shone with the dazzling brilliance of a thousand stars as the witty banter was bandied about. The adventures took a seat and the dark brooding presence of Emmett James Espinoza overshadowed the scene. "What'll ye have, me heartless land lubbering scallywags," he demanded. The heroes were so flustered by his audacious demand that hands immediately grasped hilts. Not to be outdone, JT said, "argh... What's your favorite, Emmett James Espinoza, ya lily-livered bilge pumper? Bring us that, and none more of your sassy lip!" With that, the wanton Prince of Doom and darkness turned a pirouette and flounced away. Gavin pulled out his Gerber multi tool from it's scabbard on his leather belt and proclaimed loudly "I like this place!", stabbing the blade deep into the faux mahogany table top. "You're going to pay for that," Alyssa said with a frown.... and the adventure only got better from there.

We stopped mid-afternoon on a Friday. We had the southwest chicken salad and the fish & chips. The salad was very good and the fish was okay. The coleslaw that came with the chips was very good. We topped off the meal with the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. The server said it comes with either chocolate or caramel drizzle. I said we'll take both. She said okay!? They had an awesome selection of draft beers. They also have a full bar. It was a good choice on another road trip.
