We parked our LARGE vehicle across the street behind O'Reilly Auto parts. The waitress was nice, but she didn't get my wife's egg order in correct, so she had to send it back, and it still came back undercooked (that's on the cook). She said the corned beef hash was good. My western omelet was good even though the egg was a little under cooked. The hashbrowns were undercooked, and some spots were still cool/cold.

A real special restaurant with the personal touch. Had breakfast here today and everything was great! The corned beef hash, pancakes, and hash browns were on point. The bacon was just the way we like it, crispy and smoky. As soon as I bit into it I had flashback to my mom’s bacon on the camp stove from my childhood. Please get out and support small restaurants like these so we can have them around for years to come.

I have stopped here driving to and from North Carolina and after coming back to Denver from Dallas, TX. It’s my favorite breakfast every time. The Scotty, over easy with ham is what I got yesterday and boy did it hit the spot. It’s a classic place that just deals good home cooked food. Exactly what ya need to get you through.
