This has been our go to breakfast spot for the last three plus years when visiting Hays. The food and service never disappoint. Carter is an exceptional server. He always greets you with a smile and an upbeat attitude. There’s a reason this place is a favorite amongst the locals. Whether you are staying in Hays or just passing through, you’ll definitely want to give it a try.
A real special restaurant with the personal touch. Had breakfast here today and everything was great! The corned beef hash, pancakes, and hash browns were on point. The bacon was just the way we like it, crispy and smoky. As soon as I bit into it I had flashback to my mom’s bacon on the camp stove from my childhood.

The waitress was nice, but she didn't get my wife's egg order in correct, so she had to send it back, and it still came back undercooked (that's on the cook). She said the corned beef hash was good. My western omelet was good even though the egg was a little under cooked. The hashbrowns were undercooked, and some spots were still cool/cold.
