So we had a big order of about 10 pizzas for a small party, they were like 5 minutes behind with them, which is not a big deal at all. But they gave us some free pizzas to compensate, which was more than generous. Really nice acting folks. If you sit inside and eat they kind of have a cool 90s/early 2000s Pizza Hut vibe going, which is fun. Great experiences overall!

The Hays Pizza Hut is a money grab. Ordered delivery for a medical office and next thing you know I’m being charged $23-$25 for large basic pizzas. Thin 23…pan 25. First time in my long lifetime I’ve had to pay over 20 bucks for a Pizza Hut pizza of any type. …2 were single toppings. I told them where im from we are charged $15-$16 …$10-$12 on special.

Ordered 2 supreme sandwiches with fries and because Pizza Hut couldn’t be bothered to deliver the order they sent it out thru DoorDash! Took 45 minutes past the time it was supposed to be delivered to receive it which means it was cold and gross! Called Pizza Hut to find out where my order was at because I was sent a notification it was out for delivery when in fact it was still sitting at the store! They were very unprofessional and didn’t care at all that the food was cold and gross which they knew it would be by the time we got it!

Vegetarian options: Normal offering like onions, tomatoes and peppers.
I spent 40$ on pizza to be delivered the wrong stuff entirely! When I called about it and spoke to Kelcy she WAS NOT helpful and basically told me there was nothing she could do! Very upset and would not recommend this place! I know what I ordered and I wouldn't order 40$ worth of pizza my kids will not eat! Very dissatisfied and caution anyone ordering online from this place!!!!

Apparently, if you order two pizzas, you only get one delivered! Solid customer service, methany basically told me to kick rocks! If you’re looking for 1 pizza for $30.00 this is the place for you!
