Spent $17 for very little food. Ordered butterfly shrimp and it was as small as popcorn shrimp! They should just pull it from the menu. Mash potatoes were half full and they gave me a kids fry with large combo. Can't see this location staying open long if they're pinching food this hard.

Service is slower than sin and the food is either cold, overcooked or just plain nit what you ordered. The portions are so darn small for the price you pay, and the amount of time you have to wait is about 20 minutes each visit....

I’ve been to this location like 6 or 7 times since I moved here and every time my order is messed up. They’re always short handed, they don’t keep the ice machine stocked and the food tastes like it’s been out overnight. I probably won’t be back to this place

My first time ever eating at Popeyes. The spicy sandwich and Cajun fries were good, and the tenders and macaroni and cheese were great. I did not like the frozen strawberry lemonade though. It was much too sour and much too sweet. Staff was enthusiastic and nice. Overall, very impressed.

My family came in to this Popeyes today and had wonderful service! We had a pretty large order (6 meals) and had a couple of mishaps that were solved very quickly and politely. When our food came out as dine in instead of to-go, the team was very quick to box up our meals for us, they double checked with us that we had everything and got us anything they forgot to include, they even quickly refunded us for an extra meal they accidentally charged us for. The manager let us know that this was his third day in the position and he handled our potentially overwhelming order with a smile and awesome attitude! As a big family, we were very appreciative of the helpful service and positive interaction!

We were greeted by workers on smoke break, and had to come in without “finishing.” The male counter help had a rude demanding demeanor. When he asked what side my elderly father wanted, my Dad asked what they had, and the worker pointed at the menu without saying a word. Despite us eating an early lunch at 11:30, and no other customers in the lobby, couldn’t find a clean table, and trash was on the floor that the workers walked over instead of picking it up. The only bathroom was filthy. The workers were all in the back hollering and carrying on, instead of taking care of the lobby and customers. The food was good, but will never go back to this location.

Got dinner here about 7 last night. The rice in the red beans and rice was crunchy. I asked to have it replaced with fries, and those were leathery and cold. The coating on the chicken breast was soggy. The chicken wing was overcooked and hard. The chicken thigh was pretty good. There was no ice in the soda machine. There was not a clean surface in the place. The staff sounded like they were having a party in the back, and it was hard to get their attention. When Popeyes is good, it’s great. This Popeyes is among the worst dining experience I’ve had in my time. Perhaps some adult supervision would improve things.
