This was the 1st time in over a year since I've been to this location. I've been to Popeyes literally all over the country and the one in Hays Kansas is far and away the worst I've ever been...... Poor food quality.... Bad cuctomer service. The sweet tea was even horrible. Next time I have a hankerin for Popeyes I'll make the drive to Salina. The Hays location should have been closed right after it opened!!

I have been to Popeyes in Louisiana, Tx, Ok, and Ks that I remember. I hit Popeyes and least once a week in the Dallas area and get horrible service, and dirty restaurants but I tolerate it because I love that Spicy chicken. Fast food rule no. 1- Dine in, mistakes happen so you’re still in the restaurant when you realize it. No. 2- keep your order simple You want to be particular and unique? Expect to wait, and something will be wrong. No. 3- order what you know you like Try something new, probably not what you expected
I don’t understand all the negative reviews! This Popeyes in Hays, Ks is the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest I’ve been to in 20 plus years of going to this chain. Keep up the great work!

Ordered spicy, no spicy. No spoon for mashed potatoes, and roll was so freaking stale it was like trying to eat rag. This is the worst Popeyes in the United States, and I like Popeyes. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give a lower number like -100. The owner should really do something to fix this nasty Popeyes.

Small for a normal Popeyes but very clean good service and I always get the spicey chicken with red beans and rice. Been awhile since I have eaten at a Popeyes and now know what I miss. The red beans are amazing but it needs just a bit more rice in it
I drove all day yesterday, as I am moving cross country. I stopped at a hotel last night & ordered door dash from Popeyes in Hays, KS. When it arrived, sealed in a bag, I found they shorted me the 2 chicken sandwiches I paid for. The food I DID receive was old & hard. The Mac n cheese was brown & burnt. When I called to tell them I needed my chicken sandwiches the fella that answered the phone put me on hold & then hung up on me. When I called back he told me I was cutting out & put me on hold again, until after the store closed and then, of course never answered. Terrible service. Beware if u decide to dine here!☠️💀
