Qdoba is one of my favorites. The food was mostly ok at this location, but the service was pretty bad. Will go elsewhere from now on.

My husband and I ordered a bowl each online for pick up. Both of our bowls were missing several items on our create your own bowl and mine was missing at least half of the items I ordered. They also only provided one fork. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online from this location.

Workers have no capacity to take online orders apparently. Ordered two bowls. They came with one (singular) fork. Both orders were wrong, both devoid of any salsas (each ordered with three different kinds). One bowl was missing any trace of beans or lettuce (just full of rice). The bowls were also extremely oily for some inexplicable reason. Two stars for actually having the order ready, which is the bare minimum.

This place is okay, the location is great, interior design works, and the food is okay. Not bad, not great. Chicken was chewy in some bites and that's... Gross. Otherwise, acceptable. Good customer service. However, the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Better pray to God Almighty that the kitchen is cleaner than the men's room, or you BETTER go elsewhere. Someone should lose their job over that house of horrors.

As someone with dairy allergies, it is always a bit of a gamble to eat out. However, the server went above and beyond to make sure our food had as little cross-contamination as possible. I usually ask for new gloves to be used, since the gloves make contact with the shredded cheese multiple times. But in addition to getting new gloves, Royal proceeded to change out all of the serving utensils as well. Though I don't think this much involved step is actually necessary, I did appreciate the patient professionalism displayed by all of the workers.The food was good too. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The veggies had a little bit too much oil for my taste. The rice could have used a little bit more salt, but that is easily added and imposible to remove. So, it's best to leave it under-salted and allow everyone to salt their rice as one pleases.Overall a good experience. We will plan on coming back!

The food was fine, but this seemed like a really poorly managed location. We went a little after lunch (maybe 2 or 3pm) and they were out of half the meats and tortillas and a couple other items. It wasn't a weekend but it was during Christmas break, so perhaps they just got more business than expected? It was pretty crowded for a Friday afternoon. Either way, it was a little weird. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed, especially the guy filling the orders. He was really pretty rude to customers, especially the person in front of me. I'm guessing he was overwhelmed and frustrated by telling everyone that they were out of half the food options.The bathroom was not very clean or comfortable and the dining area wasn't clean either. Honestly, it just felt mismanaged.
