Was a great experience, I believe our carhop was named Charity, she was so smiley and wonderful. As we were finishing our food in the beautiful outdoors though, a gentleman was walking around pulling trashes near the playground and was smoking and it smelled so terrible. Ruined the moment. No complaints otherwise. Thanks Charity, another car hop, and the kitchen for a great experience. Wish y’all still wore skates though…

Very good customer service at this Sonic here in Hays Kansas. They weren't sure about something on the order so they came outside and made sure it was right. The food was pretty good too and they even gave me extra coupons for the inconvenience. Really good management and staff at this Sonic I would give him 10 Stars if I could. It was nice gesture that they gave me those extra coupons. This Sonic the employees need a raise. Or at least a party to celebrate that they are...

Best sonic I've ever been to. The man who brought our food was super friendly and even stopped back by to see if we needed anything else. Also, this location has a small playground. I've never seen a sonic with a playground, so that was nice too.
