The way that the guy working treated my 13yr old was straight wrong!!! YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO KIDS THE WAY HE DID!! IDC IF UR HAVING A BAD DAY OR IF U HATE UR JOB YOU DO NOT TALK YO ANY KID THE WAY U DID!

I placed an online order and waited about 40 minutes to pick it up knowing it was going to be busy in advance. I’m usually very patient with this subway but today just didn’t seem to be their day. After asking for my order and receiving it, by feeling it i knew it wasn’t right/i was given the wrong sandwich which has happened multiple times at this location. I gave my order back to the person who gave it to me and said “i don’t like be the asshole but this was made wrong.” with an attitude the young lady started working on it again, making back handed comments under her breath. by the time i got it again and watched her make it wrong once more, she slammed it in the counter and walked away. i get that it’s busy but everyone was being patient and everyone makes mistakes. this isn’t the first time ive visited this subway and have received horrible customer service. do better!
25FTL code didn't work at this store for 25% off. I downloaded their app to order on line. Now they have my phone and email on line.
New policies suck, employees are always great, process are ridiculous anymore.

Just go to the other subway. This one will stop your order to work on online orders and make a 5 minute trip into a 15 minute excursion.

I don't normally write reviews and I know that don't make a difference but, Came in Thursday looking for lunch, it was busy but its okay that is not their fault. While i was waiting in line they had a printer issue. An employee asked for help and the blonde one was rude in her response and honestly wasn't helpful. The guy who spoke to me first was really nice and even made a suggestion which i took. When I got to the veggies, I felt completly rushed by the blonde girl (who the other employee called Sara) who acted like it was a waste of time I was in line. Cashier was nice. I know it makes no difference to you guys but I won't be returning. I felt unwelcomed part of the way in and that is just unprofessional. The other two were nice.

Went in for a sandwich at lunch yesterday. The guy and the cashier were so nice. The blonde girl in the middle was rude, looked like she wanted to be anywhere else and was completly degrading to the cashier when a question was asked. Instead of helping she just shoved her out of the way. My sandwich was delicious but that blonde girl was not nice.

I ordered online for pick-up at 1:30. I get to the store at 1:30 and it wasn’t ready. After asking me if I was at the right store They told me the printer ran out a little bit ago and they didn’t know how to change it so they didn’t get it. I told them I could just tell them what I got and they told me to wait as they started other orders that came after mine.

This place has consistently gone downhill and only continues to spiral downward. Ordered a sandwich today (2/2/24) at 12:31 through the app to be ready for pickup by 12:50 and finally received my sandwich at 1:05. Meanwhile, five or six other people who came into the store after me were helped and on their way. Only when another gentleman who had been waiting for his preordered sandwich longer than i had been said something, did anyone start making our food. The whole time I was there, the employees were arguing with each other and the female employee was throwing things around and muttering stuff under her breath when they got busy. Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish and the only thing that saved any stars was that the sandwich was made how we ordered it.

The food was average so I'm not complaining about that, it's exactly what you would expect to eat when you go to subway. The only issue I really had was, and maybe it was just a fluke or a bad day, but the poor girls behind the counter were trying their best to handle the lunch rush and one of them was setting up a catering order so they were in over there head from the start. The line was out the door and there were Doordarsh orders coming in as well. I will give those ladies credit for trying their best to handle everything but shortstaffed would be an understatement. I feel like lunch rush is a pretty consistent thing from day to day so I think putting a couple more bodies behind the counter might help atheist for the lunch rush.Again I want to clarify I don't blame the girls working as it seemed they were doing the best they could with what they had.

Ok, I'm done at this location. Unless you are standing right in front of these people you can forget about getting the sandwich the way you want it. ESPECIALLY if you order on their app. Out of the last six orders I've had from this store FOUR of them have been wrong. And they use Door Dash for delivery. You call the store, they blame Door Dash, you call Door Dash they blame the store. And here's the thing, I always tip generously too. But I'm just freaking over it now.
