Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars!! I've been to this Taco Bell many of times but tonight was the worst absolute experience I have ever had from my food being completely wrong, missing items, the food being cold also tasted old and had an off taste. On top of that the workers there just didn't seem to really care about anything. I honestly after the experience I had tonight I don't know if I will ever step foot into this Taco Bell again. I honestly wish my husband and I could get our money back or something from this experience! 0 outta 10 I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend eating here to anyone and everyone!! Eat anywhere else in this town if you actually want to be treated with respect, get your food made right, and actually get what you ordered! I really hope that both my husband and I do not get sick because of this experience today!

Can’t handle rush hour; wrong order, correct order made wrong, and where is any lettuce??

As someone who is lactose intolerant, I honestly feel punished for waiting patiently.

They were very busy (it was 6pm), no fault on the 50 minutes I spent in the drive through (35 of that after checking in for my mobile order — a crunchwrap and a taco).

When I got to the window I was handed my drink, and then continued to wait 9 minutes for my order to come out — but I was actually handed the wrong order.

After waiting another 7 minutes I was finally handed more order; fantastic, time to get back on the highway.. only to find nothing had lettuce and my dairy-free order was tainted with sour cream.

I guess it’s kind they gave me a handful of free taco coupons, would have rather had the correct order and none of the very painful stomach cramps though.

Unfortunately I got a order to go and I eat it while sitting in my car and the beef and bean burrito was horrible because it was cold.
And the reason I always eat things in my car immediately after going through a drive through is so I can eat it hot.

I have been through there for the last four days and the food has been hot and great, but this time it was just awful to eat a beef and bean burrito where the meat and beans was cold

My husband and son got their food correct, but 85% of my food was made wrong. The girl working drive thru was pleasant though.

I roll up to the drive thru that was extending into the street. Then I go park and try to open the door to go to the Lobby. The two people who were working in the kitchen walked outside and told me that the lobby closes at 10pm but it doesn’t say that at all anywhere on the doors or online. They were very rude and disrespectful when they walked outside. I’m done with this place. I normally have a forgiving spirit about this but this is OUTRAGEOUS.

Dirt store that, is very slow and unorganized and is notorious for order bumping. Avoid if you don't have a hour or mo to kill

The food is hot and great tasting. My only complaint about this particular store is. The drive thru is OMG slow. It takes 20-30 minutes to get you food. So slow. If you go at lunch, give yourself plenty of time. Because it's slow going.

Update: found a way to beat the drive-thru line. Use the app, place your order to pick up inside, 10 minutes prior to arriving. Then walk in. It's hot and ready to eat. Enjoy!!!

Waited in line for over 45 minutes in drive thru, when got food not everything was in bag. So pulled around to go get the chips and cheese. Walked up to door and they had just locked them at 6:40PM, WITH PEOPLE INSIDE THE STORE!! Tried to knock and the guy just walked by us. Then knocked more and They tried to motion to go through drive thru so just shook my head no and pointed to my bag of food. Finally after about 3 minutes standing in cold they unlocked door and all we got was an ohh sorry I’ll get that for ya. Absolutely ridiculous, place shouldn’t be open if that’s how it’s run. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Ordered via the kiosk, went to use the restroom and realized there was no soap. Asked my husband to check if the men's bathroom has soap and it did not. Floors were filthy and the food stations were also filthy. Asked for a refund so can't review the food. Feel like we dodged a bullet! Usually a huge fan of taco bell. This was the nastiest I've ever seen.

Very slow service every time, staff acts like they just want to go home and have no idea what they're doing. Avoid at all cost if you can't wait and want good service
