This store messed up an online order I placed. When I called and told them they messed it up, they told me I had to come in and fix it. Even after I paid a delivery fee and taxes to get an order delivered, I had to go back myself and fix it. They told me a manager would call me to compensate me, and they never did. When I called back to follow up about it the employee just hung up on me. This stores employees do not care, and will just ignore you if they screwed your order up. Good luck everyone.

We just spent 40 minutes waiting on our mobile order that should’ve been ready when we arrived. Tried going in to pick it up since the line was so long. However we were told we would have to wait in the drive thru line. We eventually had to give up and order Burger King. Hopefully after contacting support, I will get my money back. Very disappointed.

Food is always hot and fresh, but you only have a 50% chance of your order being correct. Ive lived in Hays for a while and it's never changed. I've door dashed, drive thru, order up front, used the kiosk and it's only right half the time. But it's always good so I can't exactly be terribly mad

Husband ordered 2 chicken chalupas Supreme didn't see the sourcream so I took them back up and the lady making them got a huge attuide because I didn't see the soucream and threw he sour cream gun thingy down like a little 3 years old throwing a fit. Absolutely no reason for her actions n being extremely rude in the process everything was good.

Crap drive thru. Cannot get orders right and they weren’t even busy. Asked for no cheese, put a BUNCH of cheese on my supreme. Asked for diablo sauce and messed that up too. Really?

I have been here many times before. However, this particular time, the tacos were stale. And while I was sitting there eating my meal, I looked up and watched the people that was making the food the first lady that was on the food line was wearing her gloves. But while she was wearing her gloves, she had her hands-on her hips, which were touching her clothing, and then she moved her hands to her cell phone, that was in her back pocket. Turned her back to me continued to mess around on her phone and then returned her phone to her pocket. And then continued to make food with the same gloves. The guy next to her on the food line. I watched him cough onto his gloves. And then instead of changing his gloves, he continued making food. This grossed me out and I will not Be back to this taco bell. That is how people get sick.That is disgusting. And the dining room was cold to boot.

Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars!! I've been to this Taco Bell many of times but tonight was the worst absolute experience I have ever had from my food being completely wrong, missing items, the food being cold also tasted old and had an off taste. On top of that the workers there just didn't seem to really care about anything. I honestly after the experience I had tonight I don't know if I will ever step foot into this Taco Bell again. I honestly wish my husband and I could get our money back or something from this experience! 0 outta 10 I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend eating here to anyone and everyone!! Eat anywhere else in this town if you actually want to be treated with respect, get your food made right, and actually get what you ordered! I really hope that both my husband and I do not get sick because of this experience today!

Can’t handle rush hour; wrong order, correct order made wrong, and where is any lettuce??

As someone who is lactose intolerant, I honestly feel punished for waiting patiently.

They were very busy (it was 6pm), no fault on the 50 minutes I spent in the drive through (35 of that after checking in for my mobile order — a crunchwrap and a taco).

When I got to the window I was handed my drink, and then continued to wait 9 minutes for my order to come out — but I was actually handed the wrong order.

After waiting another 7 minutes I was finally handed more order; fantastic, time to get back on the highway.. only to find nothing had lettuce and my dairy-free order was tainted with sour cream.

I guess it’s kind they gave me a handful of free taco coupons, would have rather had the correct order and none of the very painful stomach cramps though.
