The food is hot and great tasting. My only complaint about this particular store is. The drive thru is OMG slow. It takes 20-30 minutes to get you food. So slow. If you go at lunch, give yourself plenty of time. Because it's slow going.

Update: found a way to beat the drive-thru line. Use the app, place your order to pick up inside, 10 minutes prior to arriving. Then walk in. It's hot and ready to eat. Enjoy!!!

Waited in line for over 45 minutes in drive thru, when got food not everything was in bag. So pulled around to go get the chips and cheese. Walked up to door and they had just locked them at 6:40PM, WITH PEOPLE INSIDE THE STORE!! Tried to knock and the guy just walked by us. Then knocked more and They tried to motion to go through drive thru so just shook my head no and pointed to my bag of food. Finally after about 3 minutes standing in cold they unlocked door and all we got was an ohh sorry I’ll get that for ya. Absolutely ridiculous, place shouldn’t be open if that’s how it’s run. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Ordered via the kiosk, went to use the restroom and realized there was no soap. Asked my husband to check if the men's bathroom has soap and it did not. Floors were filthy and the food stations were also filthy. Asked for a refund so can't review the food. Feel like we dodged a bullet! Usually a huge fan of taco bell. This was the nastiest I've ever seen.

Very slow service every time, staff acts like they just want to go home and have no idea what they're doing. Avoid at all cost if you can't wait and want good service

Waited in drive-through line for almost an hour to be told I needed to come get my app order inside even though I clicked "drive through" on the app to pick up. Then got in there and my food still wasn't ready and the lady didn't know what to do. I do have to say, they were super busy so tried to understand but still was annoyed.

Tell Karen working the drive thru window right now that “extra” (had to be told 3 times) fire sauce is not 6 packets per 6 burritos (she was going to give me 3 after being asked twice for “extra”). Had to repeat my order twice and she still screwed it up on my actual order. Had to be reminded of adding a straw for my drink. Fire her, or put her to mopping floors.

Ordered online went thru drive thru to pick it up. The gal at the window was very rude. When we told her she just smirked. This place just keeps getting worse. Thank god we only go about once a year. Just to remember how bad it is. And of course order was wrong as usual. Ok rant over.

Got a burrito supreme and sause was everywhere but in the burrito and the bottom of the taco shell was soggy it was like it was sitting for hours, and the lady who took our order was extremely rude, I wouldn't recommend this place.

If there was a possibility of negative stars I would do a negative 5 because none of my food had sourcream like it was supposed to and my taco shells were stuck to the paper and couldn't take it off without the bottom of the shell coming off and all of the food I ordered was very half-assed wrapped and the staff were very rude and was just pushing my order into my hand if you can't treat your customers with at least a little bit of respect you don't need to be in the food industry

Ordered at the kiosk because no one seemed aware we had entered the restaurant or seemed interested or available to take an order. This resulted in very, very slow service. Priority was given to drive through and orders taken by employee. Tacos had very minimal meat and cheese. Restrooms were dirty w/o soap in dispenser. Beverage machine was filthy. Too far off I-70. Will not be returning.

Went with my boyfriend tonight and his food was fine but my cantina chicken was gritty and had chunks of cartilage. The worker at the window also was providing notably unsatisfactory customer service.
