It doesn’t matter what you order. Order something right off the menu and it’s messed up every time. I wrote them off about a year ago and decided to give it another shot. Didn’t even get my order and what I got was worse than dog food.

Service was fast, which slightly compromised quality. Taco fillings were not evenly distributed, so we had to unwrap and rearrange the insides of the tacos. The cheese on Mexican pizza wasn't melted, but the refried beans were actually fresh and not dry at all!(Dry beans are typical at other locations)Overall, everything WAS delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. 4/5

Im getting so tired of putting in orders and getting back home to find that one of the main things is missing. I understand that sometimes things happen and it can get busy. I wouldn’t mind it if it didn’t happen so often.

I’m sorry I did not see the “lobby closed sign” you might want to lock the door for people like me instead of claiming to my face with irritation “we’ve been trying to close the lobby for the last hour, nobody can read!” Hence we turned around and left. Hope we made him happy!!

We went thru drive thru and ordered two burrito supremes with no tomato--(allergic) and no red sauce, both beef, we got chicken with tomatoes and we ordered two taco supremes with no tomatoes and got them. This is the 3rd time in a row we been there and got the incorrect food, it does no good calling in, for they can't even get the remake correct days later. We're just not going to be eating at this taco bell again.

Absolutely worthless staff and food. My taco and meal tasted like cleaner solution used on grills. Never before wanted to vomit from one bite before. This was foul. Not to mention how bad the staff was spilling drinks on us and just closing the window quickly. Then when asked about a manager they just said good luck and left. Never again will be here. Get new staff and new owners.

I never write reviews I normally just let it go but I am getting very tired of going to this place. The lobby is never cleaned the employees are outside smoking when there is a line of 5+ cars in the drive thru. Took about 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my food since employees were outside enjoying a cigarette. I ordered breakfast through the app at around 10:30am and showed up at 11:19am to pick up my food and I was greeted by "we don't serve breakfast after 11am" He recommended I get a refund though the app which I have NOT gotten back. If you was slightly above average food and terrible service and a un sanitary environment I would go here. 1/10

I can never seem to get my order right. I typically order soft taco with no lettuce. Majority of the time I get lettuce. I also add a chips with cheese and they always forget one or the other.

I’m really not one to write reviews on places period but this location is ridiculous. I haven’t ever left the place feeling good about the food I recieved and most the time it’s the wrong stuff anyway. Whoever owns this franchise needs to do better and get a staff who cares.
