We were just passing through Hayes and wanted to pick up food to go. Rather than hit one of the regular chain restaurants, we saw the good reviews for Tacos El Patron and decided to give it a try. The food was excellent! Kiddos loved their quesadilla, and my wife and I enjoyed the tacos and tacos locos. Highly recommended!

Tacos are good. But they are highly expensive and skimpy. So your best bet is to go on Taco Tuesdays. Their Tortas also lack the ingredients as well. So don't expect nice properly filled tacos for what they are charging. And ask their prices first. Not listed. And it looks like I was charged for 8 tacos not six.
Super yummy! I had the Tacos Al Pastor. They had a perfect blend of meat to herbs and veggies. Meat was tender and fresh. Onions were crisp as well as the Cilantro. Red sauce was a bit hot, so go for green if your palate is tender. Not much for parking but the service was friendly and fast.
