The manager, John, was absolutely incredible how he took care of me so well on something that happened this week during drive through which was just a minor mishap. They have an extremely difficult job, managing all these different employees with this location being so busy. This manager is truly professional and rare they way he took care of me. He definitely deserves a raise for how well he takes care of customers. I watched him deal with a swarm of customers during the hectic lunch hour and I doubt anyone could do a better job than him. They take FOREVER to fill orders! And then usually don't make it to my order when I have special requests. I hate coming here bcz they consistently have a lack of employees when I ask what's taking so long. The response I get is they are so pissed that their coworkers who continually call in don't get fired.

Typically love this drive thru. Today, not enough help, could barely hear the person’s voice on the speaker….AND, ordered a sandwich with NO CHEESE…got home…CHEESE! This is a food allergy! Pay attention please!
