I've been a fan of theirs since they first opened! I've tried most items on the menu and can say I've liked just about everything they have to offer. Their birria quesadillas are my favorite! And the waitstaff as well as the owner are very friendly and engaging. They really seem to care about providing a good experience. Highly recommend!

First time in and was greated and seated right away. The slasa was good and the queso was unique. I wasn't a big fan of the queso but the quesadillas were off the charts good. I would go as far to say the best I've ever had. My wife got some tacos and said they was ok. I made her try my quesadilla and she agreed that they were very good. The manager came and check on us and was very friendly. Another nice addition to our visit. I'm sure we will be going back.

We have a lot of great Mexican food in the Wichita area and I don’t normally do reviews but we just gave Excaret a shot and wow, the flavors were amazing! I had the Al Pastor Alambres and it was some of the very best Mexican food I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is humble but the food is the star of the show.
