I placed an online order. When I got there to pick it up the girl working was mad that I was there. I’m not sure why she was mad that she had a customer but she was very rude in telling me about my order. She explained to me that they didn’t have enough of the cookies I ordered and said I could either be refunded or pick a different kind. I picked a different kind and it was clear she was mad that I didn’t take the refund instead. She then handed me my bag of food and I left. I made the mistake of not checking to see if my entire order was there and didn’t realize until I got home. I called up there to see if my sister could pick up the rest of my order since she was out. Twice someone picked up the phone and hung up. I just don’t understand the hostility for a customer. I wasn’t upset about the cookies. I wasn’t rude to her at all. I said no worries yeah I’ll just take a different kind. I in no way did anything that she should have been rude to me for.

a 12 inch roast beef sandwich was over 18 dollars why would I go back when I can get a better sandwich for Jersey mikes for around 11 dollars with chips and a drink and have fresh meat and veggies will never go

Sandwiches were just ok, however, customer service was terrible - even for typical customer service in this day and age. We waited 15 minutes in line to order while they prepped online orders. This was laughable because we were worried it would take too long if we ordered online (estimated 15 minute prep time) since we were driving through. When it was our turn to order, there was a younger female employee who just stared at me. She was short with me from the moment I spoke, and basically sneered as I tried to order for my family of five. I have no idea why she was so rude. It was a very disappointing experience and we will avoid this location if we are ever driving through again.

Went in around 8:20 on monday night, no one else was in the restaurant. Two workers were on the line preparing mobile orders, but no one said a word to us. After standing there for several minutes and no one acknowledging us, we decided to go to another subway.

The people working here are getting more and more lazy, going to swear this location off for good, ordered online recipt shows u ordered my sandwich with veggies, got absolutely no veggies! I mean how hard is it to read line items in order?

The prices have changed drastically! Make sure you bring in your coupons. Yikes! I realized after going that 3 foot longs and a 6 inch is almost $65+ that's just ridiculous. And the coupons states 3 foot longs for 19.99. Seriously take in your coupons!

Literally just got done ordering my food here and they messed up twice already and made me cry all I said was I wanted two foot longs and they were exactly the same veggie for veggie condiment for condiment copycat of each other except the meats were different otherwise the same and they throw the first one away cuz I said oh just please add mustard and salt and pepper to that cuz you forgot the whole thing and then when I tell her what I wanted on it again she was why didn't you stop me from the throwing the first one away I didn't know you were going to throw it away and then the second one I'm allergic to onions and she puts onions on it and now I'm too scared to say anything cuz she got mad at me for her mistake not mine one star cross the board freaking ridiculous and rude

Good service! The food was delivered quickly, and the waiters were kind and patient. Lots of different options to choose from. Drinks are a bit pricy, but the cookies are cheap. My siblings enjoyed the cold cut combos they got!
