I went in today to order sandwiches. A very rude young lady looked at me like I was putting her out. She asked did you put in an online order. I said no, she said it will be a while. There were 2 employees and I was the only customer. I was ignored for 5 minutes. I left NEVER to return.
This was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. We were there for 35 minutes while the employees messed around and let customers stand around. Other customers came in and walked to the front of the line and got served. My grand daughter pointed out the cutting in line and did not understand. We talked and neither of us will ever step foot in another subway. I will be calling corporate.
