Ordered delivery and wasn’t happy that I had to go through a call center. I received my pizza 10 minutes faster than promised, YAY! Went to open my sodas and they were WARM! I’m in a hotel, not gonna pour my soda over the ice from the ice machine.

Ordered online delivery on a whim. Large 3 topping. 20% tip. Status was stuck on out for delivery for 25 minutes, I live 2 miles away. So I called, and the guy told me the new driver was lost. Driver shows up a few minutes later, I greet him with a "Hi there" and a smile. He stares me down the whole time while pulling out the pizza. Doesnt utter a single word.
