“We had the mac n cheese bites to share. I got a platter with 3 chicken tenders and a catfish fillet with potatoes and gravy for the side. My mom got 3 chicken tenders with fries. The gravy was alright for fast food but not my favorite, I dipped my chicken in it and that was good but I didn't want to eat just the potatoes and gravy. The chicken tenders are big. Neither of us could finish all 3. Mac n cheese bites were really good but they seemed like they were made with box mac n cheese? Not that that's a bad thing necessarily but it wasn't what I expected. The catfish was really good. The fries were amazing. They were kind of like popeyes with the really crisp coating. The ranch was clearly bottled instead of made fresh. My family is kind of snooty when it comes to ranch so it wasn't up to our high standards. The woman at the register was really nice and made sure we knew that the mac n cheese bites were fried triangles, not just regular mac n cheese. The food was all out pretty quickly. I was very sad that they didn't have the deep fried ice cream. I've been looking for a restaurant with real deep fried ice cream for probably about 7 years now and this was the first place I saw that had pictures in the reviews of it. But they don't have it right now Hope they bring it back soon“

“Out of the trash pizza franchises, I usually eat Pizza Hut and occasionally Papa John's or Murphy's (I probably should have gone with one of them this time) but I'm tired of my nearest Pizza Hut messing up our orders or shorting us/forgetting things. I wanted to try something different, with fingers crossed they'd make food satisfactory to my wildly pregnant taste buds. I tried Domino's Pizza once when I was younger & was disappointed so I haven't eaten their pizza again in over two decades... until yesterday. As a result...it will be another two decades or longer before I even *think* about eating anything from Domino's Pizza again. One pizza was sloppy and way too cheesy (I didn't order extra cheese) plus wasn't sliced properly. The cheese & veggies were falling off the bread. The other pizza, pepperoni joint, seemed overbaked, so much so that there was barely an inkling of sauce (and we love pizza sauce in this house!) I didn't order it with extra sauce but it definitely didn't even have enough sauce for a standard pizza so it was dry, thin and got cold really fast. Their oven-baked dips or whatever they are called...ours tasted good because of the marinara and we ended up using that on the dry pizza slices to make up for where their cooks so obviously lacked. However, there was way more cheese than marinara, so no balance and their dips are barely dips at all! It's like they make you a little bit of dip and pour it on a small paper plate that "looks" like a small bowl. So, essentially you're not even *dipping* anything, you're scraping because they're not filling it adequately, just covering the bottom of a flat surface. Laughable at best but disappointing and not surprising. Especially for their prices! In conclusion, I'm still very unimpressed and still hold my stance. I will never recommend Domino's Pizza to anyone who likes pizza, even trash pizza. They just don't measure up in any way.Sorry, not sorry.“

“The customer service at the Sandbox is superb! Went out to lunch with the boys and my sister. At the entrance Easton saw they had a grinch drink (but it was alcoholic 😵‍💫) anyway he wanted a grinch drink. When we sat down we asked the waiter if they could make him a virgin grinch drink. They explained the drink he saw they couldn’t make it virgin but they would make another special grinch drink for him. I completely didn’t expect that but am very grateful that they did that for him, it definitely made his day 💚“

They hadn't even started the pizza but the manager was great so you would only take a few minutes. So in 15 minutes or less I had a eight topping pizza for $9.99 it was hot and fresh ready to go“

“We always do pick up through the drive thru and pretty much order the same thing usually! lol A large pepperoni and a large cheese pizza. I called in a couple pizza's and my husband went and picked them up on his way home from work. He came home and our son started eating and I noticed he wasn't eating a cheese pizza and it was I think cheese sticks? My husband didn't check the boxes when he picked them up so, he called and told them what happened. I brought the cheese sticks back and they already had the cheese pizza hot and ready for pick up. The girl was super apologetic and I think it was the same girl, I did the order with over the phone and I told her it was fine! My husband should have also checked to make sure everything was correct. lol. She offered a 2 liter for the inconvenience which was very nice of them since, they didn't have to do that since they made us the correct cheese pizza. A nice older gentleman was there and handed me a 2 liter of Pepsi. My husband always wants Cheezies compared to the bigger chain Pizza Hut also by us bc it's always hot and just tastes better in our opinion. Mistakes happens sometimes and it's really about how businesses fix their mistakes and we'll continue ordering from them! They've always provided great customer service whenever I order or when my husband calls in our pizzas!“

“I've always been a huge fan of pizza hut, I've never been in a pizza hut restaurant that was dirty less than comfortable. I'll never have a bad thing to say about pizza hut.

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and also a salad bar for those who don't eat meat.

Parking: They have plenty of upfront and close to the front door parking spots for the handicapped or those who have troubles walking on their own and need assistance.

Kid-friendliness: They don't have a play area for the kids or anything like that but they do have a nice kids menu with plenty of items to keep the kids happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps that are made into the sidewalk right near the handicapped parking spots.“

“This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. I have been having an issue in Wichita with bad customer service, especially in the fast food industry… Including, but not limited to most places around here, closing early, closing their lobbies early and closing their stations down early. “Experience was fantastic not only did closing shift meet the high unexpected rush on top of a catering I tip my hat to all of them especially the closing manager not only did she handle the rush like a true boss she stayed calm you know some time us big backs customers complain entirely to much sometimes and we don’t applaud when a team executes as a team even though closing was near they handle it straight like a boss I applaud you all and Ay Popeyes if you ever need a commercial I got your “Ain’t Nothing Better Than Popeyes” I can write you a jingle to show appreciation I normally write and make music late so it was so refreshing to get great customer service and great food God Bless“
