“We hosted a large event recently and planned on serving those in attendance an easy pizza offering for our lunch. I called on the phone and placed an advance order for 16 pizzas with another establishment in town. When my workers arrived the day of to pick-up the pizzas, we were told that the person on the phone never actually put in the order, and we were out of luck. Not to drag the other place through the mud (it was Domino's), but we were not happy about this by any means.
My team went to this Little Ceaser's and asked if they could somehow help us out. They said no problem and immediately busted their butts to get 16 pizzas made and ready in 20 minutes. That is almost a pizza a minute. There were only 2 people on staff.
Cannot speak highly enough about how kindly my workers spoke of the effort this location put in to help us out.“

“The only reason I'm not giving it a five star rating is because the hours online are not the same as the business hours. I ordered food, anticipating that it would be ready because the online store hours said that it was open earlier than it actually was.“

“The delivery driver no longer offers red peppers. I like the peppers on my pizza! :)I ordered a 2 liter of pepsi, and got a 20 oz. I had ordered online and could not get ahold of staff locally. I ordered at work, and a co worker accepted my order, so they did not know I had ordered the 2 liter to tell the driver.Overall, I am please with the service. I wish ya'll didn't charge extra for Pan crust, as it tastes the best and is what ( in my opinion) places Pizza Hut a cut above your competition. Its the crush I remember from my childhood. Thanks.“

“We were picking up pizzas for our debate tournament, but they weren't started because someone was supposed to come in to train another person, and they didn't come in. So the pizzas were not even started because that person had the keys too. The director of operations came in, and she took care of everything. She and the workers that did come in took care of the 22 pizzas we needed in 40 minutes flat, and we were still able to get the pizzas in time for the debate students. They worked efficiently for us, and the director refunded us for all of the pizzas (she still really didn't have to). It was still a good experience for us, and they deserve to know that. We will definitely be repeat customers for next year's debate tournament. Thank you Dominos!“

“I know this location gets a bad rap but tonight this was not the case. After having difficulty placing my order online, I called the store. The gentleman who answered was friendly, courteous, and most helpful. Both him and the manager went above and beyond tonight to help me. When my kids picked up the food (as I'm sick), again...nothing but great customer service!! Every time I go in there, both him and the female manager are always super friendly and helpful. Thank you face tat guy and boss babe!! You both are truly outstanding!!

“Was dining alone. While eating a person entered store with their food and drink from outside ( not KFC food). Requested a water cup filled it with ice and filled with brought in pop. Then proceeded to eat uncrushable ( peanut butter and jelly sandwiches) whilst picking nose and making disgusting noises ect. Attempting to talk to other customers whom appeared to not want conversation. The counter staff and 1 who appeared to be store manager allowed a nonpaying person to bring in outside food and annoy paying customers. This person was just ignored by KFC Staff. Was impressed by improved service as far as food. Cleanliness was improved from previous vist. Food quality was fresher than last vist. It appears they have a store manager who improved a lot from my previous vist. Only exception was observing and allowing a non-patron to annoy paying guests“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“
