8 piece bucket full of pigeon sized pieces. Tasted great, but when did chickens shrink by 70%? I understand profit margins are slim, but I feel cheated. I usually don't complain because I work in Customer service, however.... KFC has placed quality and profit over Customer retention.
We stopped in late on Halloween night, about an hour before closing, hoping to grab some of the new spicy wings. The staff was super courteous and took care of us great! We live halfway between 2 towns and usually go to the other KFC in Newton. It's been years since I've been to this location and regret not visiting more often. Thanks to all the staff who had to work on Halloween, and thank you for being there and doing such a great job!I might add that the wings were fantastic!...read full review

The employees are friendly, and we like the food. However, at least every other time we go there, we get home we realize we didn't get all the food we paid for. I wish they'd double check the orders before handing them over.
