So, my husband, 4 kids, and I are in Hutch for the Fair and due to a death in the family. We have not been to this KFC in almost 4 years now and all I gotta say is they need to go up to Green Bay Wisconsin and teach them how to do it right. The food was 100% delicious and tasted 100% better than the one from Green Bay did. We didn't even need butter or honey for the biscuits and usually we do. Friendly staff. I would give 1000 stars if I could.
the drive thru was very quick less than 2 minutes. fresh food, hot, and tasty. and great service very kind
Love the food and the workers

KFC's employees are known for their friendliness, and customers enjoy the taste of their food, particularly the new spicy wings. However, there have been issues with order accuracy, as some customers have found that they didn't receive all the items they paid for. The portion size of the chicken in the 8-piece bucket has also been a point of contention for some, who feel that the pieces are smaller than they used to be. Despite these issues, the staff's courteousness and service, especially during late hours, are commendable.
