I went in tonight, I was in a good mood got my food and went home. Checked our food and we were short 4 pieces, okay no problem accidents happen. I called and the lady named Melanie had answered (who took our order to began with) she was semi-rude on the phone, but I went ahead, drove back. Well once I got in the store, I let her know I was the one who called. She asked me what I was missing, so I told her I really don’t know , my husband was the one who checked initially, but he said we only got legs and two thighs. She then proceeded to tell me, I was the one who made your bucket so I know what I put in there, I’ll just give you one of each. Alright, whatever cool. I’m getting my chicken (literally she gave me the smallest pieces) so I’m not gonna complain, but the whole time she was RUDE while talking to me, then proceed to instead hand me my food, she threw it at me and gave me a smug look. I had enough at that point, I went a head called corporate and made a complaint. I was civil, polite and calm, then getting that behavior from the lady. Absolutely NOT, I won’t tolerate being disrespectful.

The employees are friendly, and we like the food. However, at least every other time we go there, we get home we realize we didn't get all the food we paid for. I wish they'd double check the orders before handing them over.

8 piece bucket full of pigeon sized pieces. Tasted great, but when did chickens shrink by 70%? I understand profit margins are slim, but I feel cheated. I usually don't complain because I work in Customer service, however.... KFC has placed quality and profit over Customer retention.

We stopped in late on Halloween night, about an hour before closing, hoping to grab some of the new spicy wings. The staff was super courteous and took care of us great! We live halfway between 2 towns and usually go to the other KFC in Newton. It's been years since I've been to this location and regret not visiting more often. Thanks to all the staff who had to work on Halloween, and thank you for being there and doing such a great job!I might add that the wings were fantastic! We broke the eating in the car rule all the way home! Yummy ?

The most pathetic excuse for a restaurant ever... out of mac n cheese, out of tenders... won't make more apple pies because they close in an hour... instead charged us for wings... then acted put out that they had to refund us for charging us 4.99 instead of 1.99. KFC in Newton off the interstate puts you SO completely to shame.

This place is run by idiots! After waiting a long time in drive thru. I had my order shoved at me & the associate slid window closed & ran off to where ever inside store. I checked the bag & saw my order was wrong, but I got a better order! Didn't feel like dealing with them anymore & I will never go back. I've given the KFC in Hutch several chances, but they continue to suck! If I could I'd leave no stars!
