Food came cold, large fries were less than half full when delivered. Paid extra for a drink and didn't get the extras we paid for. The screen for the stall was broken. Asked twice for a drink carrier and didn't receive one. The lid on the ice cream wasnt on correctly and made a mess. June 9 2025

I went inside to pay with my card. I saw their machine say ACCEPTED. When they brought the food they said, for whatever reason my card declined. My friend then had to pay cash. I live an hour away, and 2 days later...the charge goes thru my bank. I had to make another trip there, I ordered the exact same thing (but 1 less drink), and it cost more. So, my store credit didn't cover it, I had to get out more money (and ordered less. It'll be some time before I return. Maybe they'll have new employee's or new management.

Hi! I've gone to this Sonic quite a few times. It honestly hasn't been amazing but there are the good and bad attributes. Their drinks are always good (besides too much ice) alongside their ice cream, and breakfast food. After they changed their fries they've been so much better than before, although they don't tend to fill up the fries container all the way. The chicken usually I can tell it's been reheated so I don't really get chicken there anymore. Their burger isn't the best one I've had but is still delicious when I'm hungry ? The staff is usually friendly, and is able to work with you if you're missing something or if you need anything. Aslo, I'd say try out the app it has great deals, especially the half off drinks all day.

My friend bought me dinner i wanted a chicken baja wrap and that chicken was so hard you couldn't even eat it and then the tater tots Ordered wasn't even full it was less then halfway

I would maybe reconsider before coming here. It seems like it’s a bunch of high school kids who don’t take their jobs seriously. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for two burgers and fries. Which the burgers were made wrong and the fries we stale and cold. Go to Casey’s across the street and grab some pizza! Way better
Note to ownership: I understand staffing is an issue in this time and age. It’s hard to find people that want to work. With that being said, you simply cannot leave two young workers alone on a Friday evening to run the entire location on their own. I watched Jacob and his coworker dedicate every bit of their energy into serving a significant amount of cars. They did so with grace, determination, and great customer service abilities. You’re lucky they didn’t walk off the job. I’m not going to act as if I know what running a restaurant is all about, but I can confidently say, if two school-age boys were left to work at my restaurant without help, I would be there assisting them. Give those boys a raise.
