Be prepared to freeze. It was in the 60's in the dining room and the AC was still blowing on us. I asked to warm it up and they said they don't have control of it at the store level. It made eating in the store miserable. I had a jacket on and a coat over my legs and I was still freezing.

The Guy that made my Sandwich was very easy to talk to and made my Sandwiches the way I wanted them. Keep Up the customer Service. I'm going to make this my go to Subway from now on!!!! Thank You

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a sandwich over the subway app, to be picked up on my lunch break at work. It was supposed to be an outlaw steak and cheese, with spinach, jalapeno, banana peppers, and extra pepperjack (add cappicola and bacon). When I went to pick up my order, I didn't have time to check it in store as I was on a time crunch and needed to get back to work.When I finally got time to open my sandwich, the bread was correct. That was all that was. It had turkey, American cheese, lettuce, no peppers, no steak, no added bacon or cappicola. I don't eat turkey so I unfortunately gave my sandwich to a coworker and didn't have lunch that day.I do not think I'll ever return to this subway, I feel cheated, especially when I paid extra for added meat and cheese, and received a completely different sandwich. I even left a generous 15% tip which I now regret.Save your money and drive the ten minutes to Newton if you want Subway, this one will definitely screw up your order!!
