We asked for a packet of salt and 6 packets of ketchup, and he only had 3 ketchups. Took a few minutes for the other ketchup and salt. If you are serving fries and rings, be prepared to have salt, ketchup, and extra napkins when you bring out food.“

It doesn’t matter if you are first in line at drive thru or have to wait. Food orders are cold at times, as well and no ice in drinks. However, the biggest complaint is the french fries! Only thing I would like to see change on the mobile app ordering is being able to redeem our points without having a set limit to reach of $10.99. Maybe this can be reviewed and changed, I mean the order of $6.99 to use rewards plus the added tax of food, and the delivery fee gets the total above $10.99.
