“I do like the food and convenience. However, I have NEVER been to this restaurant and gotten fresh french fries. Always cold and limp. It doesn’t matter if you are first in line at drive thru or have to wait. Food orders are cold at times, as well and no ice in drinks. However, the biggest complaint is the french fries! That’s the best part of the meal! Always cold!! Always! Ugh.“

“Sandwich was mid. Chips were too salty. Cookie was stale. The workers were stingy with the toppings. Decor was too modern. Pretzel was very greasy. Other than that, it was great! Plus, water is free!
Vegetarian options: Just don’t get meat on your sandwich.
Kid-friendliness: There were lots of little kids and they did just fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the entrance.“

“Food is always delicious and hot. Delivery of order is not too long and get what I ordered. Only thing I would like to see change on the mobile app ordering is being able to redeem our points without having a set limit to reach of $10.99. Maybe this can be reviewed and changed, I mean the order of $6.99 to use rewards plus the added tax of food, and the delivery fee gets the total above $10.99. So maybe instead of looking at the subtotal, the actual total needs to be at least $10.99. Thanks for your services, thanks for your staff working. Keep up the great work to all staff!“

“We stopped here while passing through. The food was pretty good compared to the food at the Sonic in our state. The car hop was not prepared. We asked for a packet of salt and 6 packets of ketchup, and he only had 3 ketchups. Took a few minutes for the other ketchup and salt. If you are serving fries and rings, be prepared to have salt, ketchup, and extra napkins when you bring out food.“
