I usually go with french fries without salt, so there is usually better than a 90% chance that they will be fresh and hot. Alas not this time, after being forced to the curb b/c they had to "make" my special order. I guess they just don't make french fries like they used to because by the time they went from the fryer to the rack to the bag to the sack and out to my vehicle they had already cooled off and gone limp!Like I've said since I first had to pay for McD's out of my own...read full review

The self order stations where not customer friendly even with help from the employees some orders did not go through and some did was not delivered we had to go ask for the food seemed like a more people friendly environment would go a long way.

Be careful about what you order. Because I got someone else's food. They have that double drive threw lane. And there's so much confusion with it. On who's who. At the window. So I just started going inside. It was actually quicker. And I got what I ordered. ?
