I usually go with french fries without salt, so there is usually better than a 90% chance that they will be fresh and hot. Alas not this time, after being forced to the curb b/c they had to "make" my special order. I guess they just don't make french fries like they used to because by the time they went from the fryer to the rack to the bag to the sack and out to my vehicle they had already cooled off and gone limp!Like I've said since I first had to pay for McD's out of my own pocket, why doesn't the food I get look like the pictures?

DONT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE!!!!! My first day I was showed “all the spots you can hit your vape and not be seen” from there I knew if my trainer was the one showing me these spots then the atmosphere was indeed set at a unprofessional level. But that’s just the start, I later on met a supervisor who was constantly rude and snooty to both customers o and employees, didn’t matter over the phone or in their face at the counter. If you’re thinking that this was a night shift you’d be wrong that was just the morning part of my experience! When I switched to nights it wasn’t nearly as bad but like I said “DONT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE” from managers who refuse to do any other positions than table all the way to managers unlocking stall doors on minors. I didn’t even tell you about how every minor has a vape on them and hit it constantly throughout their shifts throughout the restaurants vape safe places, and managers bragging about slamming meth 5 hours before their shift honestly whole store should be looked at by HR I’m so glad I left the toxic workplace because even though Kansas is a red state I never expected to be made fun of constantly on day shift by my manager for being gay and when I told the gm that a manager didn’t like me because of it and wished to switch to nights I was told I’d “lose on hours” and “this is gonna be difficult for me to work out” I regret bringing my friend into that workplace as well she was harassed on numerous occasions by a male manager and when she told another male manager about it he just shook his head and said “he says stuff like that all the time” and resumed texting his morning manager wife in his phone. And when the same friend tried to change her schedule and told the GM 2 weeks in advance she sent snooty text saying how she wasn’t gonna do it and guess what ….. SHE DIDNT!!!! That’s right bluntly ignored the fact that my friend wasn’t going to be able to just leave her 2 year old at home alone for her. Over all 1/10 there are literally 3 good people in there and 1 good manager and the 1 manager has been doing it the least amount of time HR needs to send this team on a leadership class or get better management for sure. Tried telling them multiple times I was a manager at my old job for 4 years I know how a business should be run and it’s quite clear this GM does not.

Good luck getting good food everytime I come here my sandwich is always just slopped together never have any Mac sauce on my sandwich and the fries taste like old nasty grease the young kids are always messing around and this lady at the drive through window before handing me my drink cleaned up a mess on the counter without gloves on and then made my drink and didn’t wash her hands so are they really wearing gloves when they make food??? This place needs better management and staff

Tables are dirty, food isn't even fast food quality anymore, and the kiosk must be used. Use kiosk and pay at the register counter is a joke!!!! Won't be back, like the people that walked out because of the kiosk!

The self order stations where not customer friendly even with help from the employees some orders did not go through and some did was not delivered we had to go ask for the food seemed like a more people friendly environment would go a long way.
