“I do like the food and convenience. However, I have NEVER been to this restaurant and gotten fresh french fries. Always cold and limp. It doesn’t matter if you are first in line at drive thru or have to wait. Food orders are cold at times, as well and no ice in drinks. However, the biggest complaint is the french fries! That’s the best part of the meal! Always cold!! Always! Ugh.“

Only thing I would like to see change on the mobile app ordering is being able to redeem our points without having a set limit to reach of $10.99. Maybe this can be reviewed and changed, I mean the order of $6.99 to use rewards plus the added tax of food, and the delivery fee gets the total above $10.99. “Sandwich was mid. Chips were too salty. Cookie was stale. The workers were stingy with the toppings. Decor was too modern. Pretzel was very greasy. Other than that, it was great! Plus, water is free!
