The Country Cabin

Ridiculously good food prepared and served by people who take pride in their craft. The hostess, waitress, and chef all made us feel welcome and valued. Not cheap but not expensive and incredibly good value. Very nice setting and we loved the ambience and decor. I am not crazy about spinach dip; got it to please the missus; we both devoured it. I live about 35 minutes from here. I had never heard of this place. We went camping, it was wayyyy too windy to cook on a grill, so we went searching for somewhere that was still open at 8pm and that wasn’t far from where we were. My family and I tried out Country Cabin, which a friend recommended. Our service was phenomenal. Everyone ordered a prime rib and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is just as the name suggests and is decorated adorably. They have a gorgeous view from the patio that overlooks the pond but we sat indoors this time.I highly recommend giving them a try- it’s worth the drive from Troy, KS. ?
