Terrible morning crew. Last 4 times of going to the drive through I have had to go back due to messing up my order or overcharging. They need a 3rd window just for screw ups. Not impressed and manager needs to do their job. Decided i will never go back there again.

Took almost an hour to get our food, which the hamburgers were prepared wrong. Paid for large but they were out of large cups and were given smalls. Bathroom was completely out of toilet paper in each stall. Dining room had trash everywhere. Overheard the employees talking about being out of so many things. While I can give grace on supply issues, customer service was horrible.

They don't take orders in person anymore. Just make you use a kiosk which nobody likes except those people who don't touch grass and have no social life. McDonald's trying to destroy social life I guess

The worse service we've ever had! One person at the counter on a Friday at lunchtime. Food was passable. Having to use the kiosk is a NIGHTMARE. At least 10 cars on the outside - waiting

Apparently it’s hard to remove pickles when a customer asks for it. I can’t eat them and every time I ask to please remove them and boom, They are there. If you’re told to remove them, just do it. Hope this helps! :)

Well I have to update this review again my mother was kicked off the premises because they forgot four small fries we had receipt and bag in hand and manager states that she was the one who put the fries in the bag and clearly there was no fries in the bag they threatened to call the cops on us if we did not leave the premises worst McDonald's I have ever been to
Faster than most McDonalds around, and even if they make a good, they always make it right.. I appreciate the customer service at this location .

My order was a train wreck. Had to pull up and wait for drive thru, then they gave my food to someone else. Most disorganized McD's I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of them.
