“This was the best service that we've had at a restaurant in a long time! Guy (his name started with S) was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about everyone he served. He was polite, respectful and made conversation while we were being served. 10/10 this guy needs a raise!“

“Had a take out. At lunch 12-12 2024. 40 minute drive to home. Got home. Had ordered an extra piece of chicken. Got charged for it. But it wasn’t in the bag when I got home. Tried calling for 45 minutes but no one answered the phone. Not going to drive back to garden city for a piece of chicken but will let someone know when I get back there“

“The girl made what I wanted even though it was not on the menu but she still had the ingredients available and that was awesome!! But it’s difficult to plan to go there because they don’t share their hours on google like all the other food/dessert places do in Garden city ?“

“The gal working the front counter was totally carrying the customer service load for everyone else in the place. She was genuinely apologizing to me and other customers, and explaining that they were just slammed with orders and were turning out pizzas as fast as possible.They seemed to be woefully unequipped for such a load too, as I was waiting for probably a good 30 minutes or so, but it helped that this gal - whose name I didn't get - kept giving updates and kept apologizing.She even expressed her appreciation for everyone's wait (to each person individually as we got out pizzas), and I made sure that she knew I appreciated her hard work, which she surely isn't getting paid enough for at a pizza joint. In fact, she should probably be running the place.Anyway, that's my two cents. Take it for what it's worth ;-)“

“Nice, relaxing atmosphere as part of a traditional (and exceptional) Pizza Hut. What's our favorite pizza joint? That would be a real Kansas-based Pizza Hut, the State where the chain was founded. Here at the GC Pizza Hut, you'll find the traditional menu as well as friendly, customer-centric service. The food is very good and the menu is varied. We recommend this establishment.“

Was awful. The lady making the sandwiches talked nonstop without even taking a breath. I couldn’t even get a word in like… ummm mayonnaise please! So I said something to the two women working about maybe less talking and more listening to what the customer wants? They both treated me with disrespect!! I have never stepped up and expressed myself like that!!! And to be treated with disrespect by them was awful! I’ll never return until they learn how to work with the public best regards Sandy“
