Last night for dinner (Saturday… on the weekend when no decision makers are at work at Subway Corporate), I got a chopped vegetable salad. No problem. Today I went back to get another one for lunch. I was told they no longer made them. I stopped in to grab a sandwich. I was impressed with Angel. Even though we are wearing masks, he was friendly and professional. He made it a point to greet me when I walked up to the counter and engaged me in conversation. That is far beyond what I've experienced during this Covid-19 madness. This guy deserves a raise!
