What happened to asking the guest if they were dinning in or carrying out. Why did you choose carry out expecting me to leave?? I come inside bc I want to sit down and enjoy my meal. Come on do better, make me feel welcome. Very disappointed with my experience . Also if you are out of a product plz post it, why would you let me walk up to the counter and be disappointed about that you don't have something.
Food was good. Guy taking the order was extremely impatient, kept trying to get us to pull forward after asking for 1 thing. After 2 i just left. This is the only BK nearby and I felt snubbed.

The place itself is in serious need of updating and repairs, especially to drive through, parking lot, and outdoor lights. I still give 4 stars for employees always doing a good job, never had a problem. Also food quality itself is good as far as fast food goes.
