Small town shopping at the largest shopping venue is terrific. Area locals make shopping friendly and helpful, with both employees and shoppers being our community neighbors and friends. I've only encountered one time when this store didn't stock the item I needed but that's a good record for my 11 years of shopping at Holton Walmart. Customer service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.
Normally I have a good experience here but earlier today in self checkout there was a rude lady with reddish hair. I was scanning bananas and the pop up of having to wait for assistance showed up. She helped but walked away asking me what happened and told me rudely there was no wrong way to scan bananas and walked away. Maybe hire nicer help.
I go to the Holton Walmart because It was a little smaller store and being disabled it’s easier for me to get the things I need and I know right where everything is. It’s also got a lot of good employees there and most of them are really friendly and I visit with them when I go there
