The food was excellent. I had the best (Italian) pork chop I've ever had my whole life. I'm not kidding. It was amazing!!! The service was friendly and hospitable. There were a couple of hiccups. A food item was missed, and when you pay as much money as you do at a high-end restaurant like this, they should box your leftovers up for you.

Not at all what I expected in Hoxie, KS. Excellent food, clean restaurant, friendly staff, and did I say excellent food? Everything on the menu tastes perfect, nothing out of place, no overpowering flavours. Simple things like the arugula side salad is one of the best tasting dishes ever. Sandwiches are great, steaks are great. I would not hesitate to eat there and look forward to Hoxie solely for The Elephant!

New Years Eve menu was outstanding! From the delectable appetizer to the dreamy bisque, the juicy, flavorful meat trio with sauces and potatoes to die for. And, to top it all off the Strawberry cake with pistachios. So many wonderful flavors and aromas to delight the palette. Happy New Year Emily and team. You are a true treasure for western Kansas.
