First time in, I was surprised by just about everything. After debate, I got the pork sandwich. I found it delicious and the apple slaw a great addition to it. Their breakfast potatoes are crispy and delicious, not lacking in flavor or seasoning.
My curiosity about their ube cinnamon roll just had to be sated, though. It came out topped with - what I discovered by taste as - an orange cream cheese frosting as well as coconut and citrus shavings. The cinnamon roll itself was a deep purple and mildly savory. Together, it was delicious and not overpoweringly sweet.
Our server was attentive and helpful. The atmosphere, a welcoming warm feel. Overall, it's a great brunch spot that I'm definitely visiting again.

Really clever take on brunch! The ambience is spot-on and the food was unbelievable for the price. We four senior dudes drove 4 hours to try it and will do it again! One of us is a noted interior designer who was amazed at the look of the place, and we all snuck a peek at the bar under construction next door. Holy smokes!!! It was as beautiful an interior as I have seen anywhere and it will be in Humboldt Kansas!! We found out for ourselves why Humboldt is rated among the best small towns in the country. Go have a look and a bite.
