When it comes to family mexican restaurants in Hutchinson, KS. The Anchor Inn is the gold standard of Mexican cuisine. They might not have a single specific dish that is done to perfection, rather they have an entire menu that sets the bar for every other Mexican restaurant in town. Nothing on their menu disappoints and if you try the buffet you will see that everything is good and they will have to roll you out to your car because you will be so stuffed you won't be able...
I highly recommend their buffet. Good food, friendly faces, good prices AND all you can eat tacos... What's not to love?...
