Stopped here last night(Friday). Never been here before, but Mexican buffets aren't too common, so I stopped because of the novelty. The service was great and the atmosphere was fine. We were there on a busy Friday night. We ordered off the menu. Food was fast and delicious. We ordered chips and salsa. Absolutely the best chips I've ever eaten! Chose to sit at a table rather than a booth so had to sit by the buffet but it was fun to people watch from there.
Anchor has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child and they had Anchor Room in Salina, KS. Now, we make the drive to Hutch just to have Anchor Inn. The service is always fantastic and friendly! The menu offers great portions for affordable prices and the buffet offers a great variety of dishes that you can pair up any way you want.
