The service is unbelievably slow. I do not know if I will ever go back to this location. This has happened numerous times.
Portion control has gone too far on east 30th. Had a ham market sandwich which had very little ham, sparse lettuce, no onion, tomato on only one half and half slice of cheese on each half. This use to be a magnificent sandwich. What's going on?
Ordered lg fries to share with my pups,container was not even half full. Food did not taste fresh esp bread on sandwich. Arby's I'm gone
