Absolutely amazing BBQ experience. The ribs are fall off the bone seasoned with a great dry rub. The loaded potato with pulled pork and nachos cheese was also awesome. Spicy beans were on point as well as the mac and cheese. Outstanding customer service as well. Thank you for great meal.

We are traveling from AZ to Arkansas while at the salt mine tour , Mindy recommended. We eat here. We got the Barbecue Brisket and Pulled Pork with the side of macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. Also toast and buns. Sooo yummy. We enjoyed it very much. 10\\10 loved it! Thank you to the employees! We recommend everyone stop here! We are so glad we stopped!

Yes, the meat did fall off the ribs perfectly. The dry rub was so much better than some thick sugary sauce.The waiter was very friendly and did his job well.. The gold sauce is very good and much better than just some mustard sauce. I suggest you trim the tree in front of your restaurant, so people can see it more easily.
First time here and ordered carryout. Got home and was missing one of the two meats (was charged for two meat). Called for them to redo the ticket but wouldn't. I would have to go back in to get the other meat. I am over an hour away. The slaw was horrible and threw it away. A lot of money for pulled brisket and a dab of potatoes salad. Never again!

Food was hit or miss. Some things were really good. Some things were ok. The service was friendly and quick. Portions were decent and prices were reasonable. Our biggest complaint is that they offer alcohol, but had no one of age working that could serve alcohol.

This is first time at this place all the way from Tyler Tx and the food was slap yo mama good. I am tacking the ribs all the way back home to dive in with all 4 feet. Love it
Dine In Experience - super friendly service! Danielle made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door :) We came for lunch around 3pm-very hungry. Our plates were made fresh after we ordered but were at our table within 10 minutes. Very casual atmosphere - Styrofoam plates, plastic flatware - foam cups. Recommend the plate combo- tender beef brisket, decent slaw and amazing fried okra. Not usually a plus, but even the TOAST was perfectly buttered and grilled to a golden brown and was just the right compliment to that brisket. Sauces were good too and I'm usually a no sauce bbq person. Thanks, Hickory Stik for a pleasant dining experience and absolutely delicious meal.

This place was awesome! We all love bbq in my family. Not only was this service great but the food came out hot and pretty quick and was super delicious. We all devoured it including my kids. I believe our server's names was Brian I don't remember now. He was awesome and very kind and helpful. The place was small but clean and very family friendly even though the AC was not working or whatever. If we ever go back to Hutch we would definitely eat there again. Very family friendly.
