I went here on a Saturday around 11:30. It was not busy at all but I will tell you this our service was fantastic. Food was good but not great. Our server asked us if we needed certain/extra things and was attentive. But not overly so. Also made recommendations of the menu. Overall a good experience. Not sure why the rating is so low for this place. Had the food been a little better would have been 5 stars.

Went there for 2nd time 5 - 22- 26 .
1st time was not that great .. so person was with choice that place so went ..and it was slow very slow weight to be ask table or booth.was 10 minutes before server came over then 10 minutes before came back place order .12 minutes before we got are drinks.. then15 before beer.
Then another 35 minutes before any food came . And it was warm nothing great..this was very very slow time it was 2 1/2 hrs later around 82 minutes for service. And one person keep touching her face hair and help server with food that trune off for me.
That's un safe .. price is hi I could feed 4 person some where else .. tried twice disappointed both times.

It’s located inside of the hotel which was actually an added bonus. The food was really good, the atmosphere was nice and the drinks were on point. Our server did a really nice job, especially considering it was a busy Friday night. His pleasant personality, energy level, and informative nature made the wait for our meals manageable.

We stopped in just to have a burger and a beer and the service and food were both fantastic! Our bartender was Dee and she was one of the best bartenders we’ve ever had, recommended assorted foods and what types of beers we would enjoy. We really appreciate that!

This was our first time stopping in here. Having never eaten at an Old Chicago, we ordered several things so we could try them. Chicken Parmesean, Buffalo Chicken Rolls, Cheesy Dippin Strips, and the Farmer's Daughter pizza on thin crust.

Dee was our server and she was amazing and so very helpful. It was clean, the food came promptly, and all of it was delicious. I will definitely return. Very happy to have this place close to us.

Only thing I didn't care for was how the pizza was cut. Had I realized it would be cut into little pieces, I would've asked for pie cut. But it was so tasty, the minor dislike for the cut doesn't change my 5 star.

We were super happy with our visit today. The service and food were both amazing, and we were really impressed. We're definitely planning on coming back soon. Our waitress, Dee, was awesome with her recommendations, which made our meal even better. We also got to check out the Hilton hotel, where Old Chicago is, and it looked really nice. The Hilton totally nailed it. If you haven't been here, you should don't let this hidden gem get away.
