Did an online order, got there to pick it up, and they were out of the bread I ordered. They were very apologetic and did a good job to correct the order and get it done as quickly as possible.
I still have subway on a five star but I had a very interesting experience today with my order not going through online through their app. I call the number, it goes to a different place and the first associate I talk to doesn't want anything to do with me . Did not give me the light of day. Another associate took the time to look at my order on my phone, put it together for me after talking to the manager. Good food and decent prices for a large order. The employees seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else and did not share a single smile. I guess with young kids that have to actually do work, that's what you get. There were no mistakes made though. The only other thing I disliked was there weren't any tables with more than 4 chairs so our option for our family of 5 was to either push tables together or sit at 2 separate tables.
