Love their Banana Splits

Normally the food is great. This latest time going. Our order was incorrect. No big deal, except the worker that was cooking/ prepping the food was very rude, demeaning, and she wanted to argue about it when the order was very clearly wrong and was a simple mistake. The 2nd sandwich that we recieved to be the correct order was cool- not hot at all, and needed to be tossed in the microwave to be hot enough to eat.
The window worker however was amazing, friendly, and tried to be super helpful. He did his job quite well.

Nice newer establishment usually very clean and super friendly staff! There is a guy that works there I believe his name was Austin, just from my last few visits this young man goes above and beyond for his customers and follow workers! I would give this man a huge raise! Best of luck to you and keep up the excellent work! This is probably one of the best places to go eat in Independence!

Good food as always. The kid who took our order needs some help with his listening skills. We order(2) large combo meals. I got home had my grilled chicken club and cheese burger but only 1 order of fries. . My boyfriend had to repeat the order to him several times.

I am a born and raised Oklahoma so I'm a big braums fan but this braums in independence kansas is a disgrace me and my family go to braums often but this one can't get with it I ordered me and my husband breakfast with no meat products I clearly told them we were allergic to beef and pork they give us gravy with sausage I take it back up there and tell them no meat I'm allergic they give us two more containers of gravey I open them and start to pour it on to my plate and there again two pieces of sausage they tried to pick out the sausage from their pot of gravey thinking we would not notice I took it back up there and got two new ones the color difference was clear you can tell white gravy verses gravy with sausage the point is we are highly allergic to pork I would of been put into anaphylaxis shock if I would of eaten it they can't cut corners they could of killed me or my husband get it together

Only place you can get a meal (and I mean a good meal like a pepperjack jalepeno burger and milkshake not just some garbage from McDonald's that will make you ill) for less than 10 dollars. This place has the best milkshakes I've had since leaving Maine.

Usually good service but last couple times has been bad, real bad. Definitely hit and miss. If they had a manager this evening they were new or out if it. Order 4 use creams and from ordering to receiving everything was wrong. Must be some good stuff in indy
